Reporting directly to the Vice President of HSE, they develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards while fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. By providing regular reports and updates to the VP-HSE, the HSE Director ensures alignment with corporate HSE strategies and facilitates informed decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and applying ESG reporting frameworks, coordinating permitting and compliance with internal clients and environmental specialists and focusing on compliance with the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program. You will serve as the air quality technical expert for the lower 48 assets and will be responsible for ownership of external and internal reporting structures and submittals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a mastery of impactful client communication. You must be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and have experience working in multi-functional global teams. You should also have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to foster collaborative relationships, influence and build trust in a highly matrixed organizational setting.
